Many of us are commemorating (!!!) a year of lockdown, shutdown, trauma and shock.

A year ago, I had the privilege of hosting a week of Facebook Live chats. In real time, I shared the complexity, sadness, confusion and – yes – joy.

For my future self, I want to log these five fabulous days. My life changed during this week.
